- The main features of modular cabins / stores

New Design Composite makes modular cabinets made of polystyrene panels that are externally reinforced with fiberglass. They can be easily placed anywhere and can be moved easily from one place to another. Connected to utilities

All our cabins can be connected to the water supply network, the sewerage network, the electricity network and, as the case may be, the telephone network.

Modular cabins are built to provide adequate sound and thermal insulation. Special chemical and thermal treatments provide them with a number of important features: they can be washed, do not break easily and do not allow the accumulation of impurities. It is equipped with automatic fuses, socket, breaker, lamp, fittings. Depending on the model, they are also equipped with: toilet bowl, water supply basin, sink, mirror, independent towel rails, toilet paper, liquid soap, fan for vapor and odor removal.

Each panel is made of double glass fiber reinforced polyester plates and polyurethane foam is insulated for insulation, resulting in a “sandwich” structure. In this way the construction offers a high degree of thermal and acoustic insulation, corrosion protection and prevents deposits of dust or other impurities. The outer face is protected with a coating containing a special pigment, thus providing additional protection against sunlight.

They are made of electrostatically painted aluminum profile, available in a wide range of colors.

Pollution remains a topical issue, especially in the industrial field, where residues endanger the health of the environment, including human health.

Pollutants from industrial and domestic activities are classified as: biodegradable (naturally recovered) and non-biodegradable. For all waste water contaminated with non-biodegradable waste we provide integrated solutions:

Regardless of the treatment plant you need, you should be aware that these products must meet certain construction standards to comply with the safety and hygiene requirements of the legislation in force. As a rule, the treatment plants consist of the vent, the blower, the PVC inlet and outlet connection, the ventilation tube and the T-deflector. Practically, the water treatment is carried out in three stages: sediment separation, sedimentation and oxidation of sediments . In view of these considerations, when choosing a treatment plant, make sure that it meets all the technical standards.

The most important features of New Design Composite treatment systems are:

  • – Ease of transport and assembly: Separators are made of polyethylene, therefore they have a low weight.
  • – Advantages of maintenance and cleaning: the manufacturing technology produces smooth, low-impact surfaces. Thus, the separator is easy to clean, does not facilitate deposits, shortening cleaning times and reducing water consumption.
  • – Good insulation (tightness): Polyethylene is impermeable to gas and water. The construction is monobloc, guaranteeing the tightness of the assembly. The joints are outside the active areas and where they are either welded or sealed with rubber gaskets.
  • – Resistant to chemical environments: Polyethylene is resistant to aggressive chemical environments. This means long service life in the absence of corrosion. It does not require surface treatments.
  • – Mechanical resistors: The material they are made of (polyethylene) guarantees excellent impact and deformation resistance.
  • – Ease of inspection: The easy-to-mount / disassembled lid is sealed to prevent unpleasant odors. It can be operated lightly and provides enough space for cleaning.
  • – Recyclable: polyethylene can be recycled at the end of its life. Recycled material can be used to manufacture other articles, thus helping to protect the environment.

Water purification is required in areas where water is not drinkable or in situations where environmental pollution is avoided. As a rule, in the fields of industrial, food, sanitary, commercial, the necessary operations in the working processes also involve harmful, polluting or dangerous substances for the health of employees. These substances are discharged under special conditions which require purification and cleaning of the resulting water. If water is not purified, we can come up against serious problems involving excessive air, groundwater or air pollution.

- The main advantages

Mobile environmental toilets are made of FRP (fiberglass reinforced polyester) and can be made in several color variants, depending on the customer's needs. Gel-outer coat is specially UV-protected, which gives it a long-lasting resistance. The life of this product is over 15 years. Due to the qualities of the material, the products last very well, regardless of the season, at temperature fluctuations.

Easy cleaning due to the materials they are made of. It is very easy to wash and does not rust.

The airflow is constantly flowing thanks to the judicious design of the ventilation holes, which also protect against insects or water penetration inside the cabin. Vents are non-removable to prevent them from being stolen or destroyed.

For ease of handling and moving from one place to another, each toilet is provided with a metal support.

The toilet roof is made of semi-transparent polyester and the door is provided with a clear / busy exterior (green / red) warning system.

- Mobile eco friendly toilets are divided into two categories:

Drainable Eco Toilets:

They can not be connected to the water supply network or to the household wastewater outlet. It has a 235-liter collector tank.

Maintenance steps:

  • – The sanitation and toilets of the toilets are carried out by suction of the chemical treated slurry.
  • – After the toilet collector tank has been vacuumed, it goes to washing and sanitizing it, as well as the cabin on the outside and inside. The water resulting from the wash of the toilet at the inside and outside, as well as the wash water in the collector tank (waste water) are completely vacuum-sucked.
  • – After vacuuming, for re-use of the toilet, the slurry treatment (150-200ml) is mixed into the collecting bowl with 10 liters of clean water. Subsequently, the walls of the toilet will be sprayed with an odorous product and the roll of toilet paper will be placed in the specially arranged holder.

Connectable Eco Toilets:

They can be connected to both the water supply network and the wastewater collection network.

Maintenance steps:

Tanks, made from FRP, produced by NEW DESIGN COMPOSITE, are for the transport and storage of liquids. They are specially designed for the following classes of industrial applications (and not only):


  • - for the capture and / or storage of drinking water (for water supply in disadvantaged areas, household needs);

- Tank details: customizable products

The main information and details underlying the tank's personalization are as follows:

  • tank volume;
  • the gauging dimensions of the tank location area;
  • the position of the longitudinal axis of the tank;
  • the shape of the bottom of the tank;
  • how to install the tank;
  • the need to reinforce the tank;
  • information on the substance to be stored in the tank (chemical and trade name, pH, concentration, density, etc.);
  • ambient temperature etc.

Depending on the destination and design, the tanks can also be equipped in other variants, for example with a conical bottom. Generally, NEW DESIGN COMPOSITE produces customized tanks depending on the application for which the tank is being built and the requirements of the customer.

For each use, in part, the tanks are made in the structure and with the raw materials (polyester resins, reinforcements) specific to the manufacturing and accompanying data sheet, obtained by the computerized calculation method, the manufacturer’s property.

AdBlue® (trademark of VDA) is a key product for all vehicles using SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) technology, a technology that reduces levels of toxic emissions and especially NOx

AdBlue® (trademark of VDA) is a liquid solution compatible with Euro IV, V, VI diesel engines containing urea and demineralised water. It is required for most trucks, buses and coaches traveling in Europe.

Selective Catalytic Reduction (CSR) is a technology that contributes to the substantial reduction (90%) of NOx emissions from exhaust gases. The system is used for diesel engines to meet Euro IV, V and VI standards.

The SCR system uses AdBlue® (trademark of VDA) liquid solution and a metal catalyst mounted in the vehicle evacuation system that converts NOx into water vapor and atmospheric nitrogen – two naturally occurring substances in the atmosphere. This reaction occurs after combustion in the exhaust system, with NOx emissions being reduced by 80% and engine performance greatly improved. The process of reducing nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gases using a urea-based solution is called a selective catalytic reduction.

AdBlue® (trademark of VDA) is a water-based liquid and a urea content (CO (NH2) 2) of between 31.8% and 33.2% according to International Standard ISO 22241-1. This solution is chemically stable, with the freezing point at -11 ° C. Urea CO (NH2) 2 is obtained by industrial processes by combining carbon dioxide (CO2) and ammonia (NH3) at high temperatures and pressures (150 ° C, 50 bar). The resulting substance is solid, as colorless, water-soluble crystals (H2O). The urea injection system is relatively complex and contains a urea reservoir, an electric pump feed system, an electronic control module (computer), an injector and a catalyst. Additionally, the system may also be provided with a nitrogen oxide sensor after the catalyst, which measures the conversion rate of the catalyst.

The urea tank is equipped with a level sensor to alert the driver early when urea is required. Also, due to the freezing temperature of AdBlue® (trademark of VDA) solution (about -11 ° C), the tank is also provided with a heating resistance.

What happens if an aqueous urea solution is used at the expense of AdBlue® (trademark of VDA)?

The use of low quality replacements damages the SCR system and leads to reduced torque, reduced speed and eventual engine shutdown.

Costly and expensive service costs can only be avoided by using AdBlue® (trademark of VDA) quality licensed solution or sub-license VDA.
